Bridgwater & Taunton College recently hosted two members of staff from GRADIA.

Maria Linnavirta and Eevamari Auvinen spent time with the Business Support Staff in Marketing and the cross-college PA Team, where they have gained an insight to how the College is managed and marketed by sharing good practice ideas with each other.  As GRADIA has recently merged with other College’s in Finland, they were keen to find out how we have successfully accomplished this here at Bridgwater & Taunton College.

Participating in an Erasmus+ Job Shadow is a fantastic opportunity for staff to undertake professional development activities also at B&TC. Not only have the staff who have helped host colleagues from Finland learnt from them, but they will also have the opportunity to visit GRADIA and see how their organisation is comparable in Finland in the spring term 2020.
