In the morning we were surprised by weather more common to autumn than spring. We got good amount of sleet and rain while driving to Isojärvi nationalpark. Luckily the sky cleared during the walk and we got a little bit of sun as well. This weather is typical for the Northen parts in the spring time and we came prepared.

 As students of Luua forestry school we have been learning a lot about Estonian nature. As Isojärvi is only abut 400 km away the animals trees and plants aren’t that different to the ones at home. The most different is the landscape and the geology of Finland and that we found very interesting.

 To get the party started we made a game called ”luonto bingo” and brought some candy to keep our friends motivated. All in all it was a great day and we enjoyed it a lot.
