{"id":105,"date":"2024-01-10T12:07:13","date_gmt":"2024-01-10T10:07:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogit.gradia.fi\/vr4vet\/?page_id=105"},"modified":"2024-01-16T10:14:13","modified_gmt":"2024-01-16T08:14:13","slug":"objective-and-results","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/blogit.gradia.fi\/vr4vet\/objective-and-results\/","title":{"rendered":"Objective and results"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Objectives:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Adapt vocational education to labor market needs and improve customer service training.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Address digital transformation and promote digital competence.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Improve training in customer service skills using the VR4VET environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Outcomes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>VR4VET environment for practicing customer service situations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Eight different programmed scenarios in all national languages and in English.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A training program and training materials for VET teachers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A handbook for teachers on how to use the environment and the written scenarios.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Innovative strength of the project:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>VR4VET provides equal opportunities and creates new training standards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Co-creation between the MBO, companies and students.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Simulations are effective for teaching skills, but VR simulations in customer service are rare.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>VR4VET contributes to inclusivity within net vocational education, everyone gets the opportunity to train certain realistic skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>VR4VET contributes to the strategies of all partners and strengthens the network already established between VET colleges.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Objectives: Outcomes: Innovative strength of the project:<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"parent":0,"menu_order":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","meta":{"_uag_custom_page_level_css":"","footnotes":""},"class_list":["post-105","page","type-page","status-publish","hentry"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.4 -
