F\u00f6r en studerande som beh\u00f6ver st\u00f6d \u00e4r den f\u00f6rsta \nkontakten med arbetslivet en sp\u00e4nnande erfarenhet. Studerande kan k\u00e4nna os\u00e4kerhet om sin egen f\u00f6rm\u00e5ga. Med en lyckad f\u00f6rberedelse och tr\u00e4ning f\u00f6r att m\u00f6ta arbetslivet utvecklas studerandes sj\u00e4lvf\u00f6rtroende och medvetenheten om kompetensutvecklingen inom den egna branschen st\u00e4rks.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Arbetslivsf\u00e4rdigheterna utvecklas i l\u00e4rmilj\u00f6er<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u00e4roanstaltens\n arbetslivsn\u00e4ra l\u00e4rmilj\u00f6er st\u00e4rker de grundf\u00e4rdigheter som studerande \nbeh\u00f6ver i arbetslivet. Studerande arbetar i en bekant milj\u00f6 med st\u00f6d och\n med bekanta arbetsuppgifter vilket utvecklar b\u00e5de kunnandet om \nbranschen och interaktionsf\u00e4rdigheterna. Det\n \u00e4r bra att inleda f\u00f6rberedelserna f\u00f6r l\u00e4rande i arbetslivet genom att \nstuderande synligg\u00f6r sina egna styrkor och grundl\u00e4ggande f\u00e4rdigheter. Studerande kan g\u00f6ra en poster d\u00e4r han\/hon presenterar sig sj\u00e4lv. Den h\u00e4r postern kan anv\u00e4ndas som hj\u00e4lpmedel vid planering och handledning p\u00e5 arbetsplatsen. I postern\n ber\u00e4ttar studerande om sig sj\u00e4lv, studierna och sina styrkor. Samtidigt\n kan studerande ber\u00e4tta hurudan handledning och hurudant st\u00f6d hen har b\u00e4st nytta av p\u00e5 arbetsplatsen.
