Key events and activities&nbsp;are\ntaking place in <strong>Helsinki <\/strong>this year, organized in close cooperation with\nthe Finnish Presidency of the Council of the EU. A variety of national opening\nevents are also being held in other EU Member States, along with hundreds of\nVET-related events and activities at local and regional level.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Best Practice network project is represented in the European Vocational Skills Week together with the Schools of Professional Teacher Education and The Trade Union of Education in Finland. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/blogit.gradia.fi\/parastaosaamista\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/19\/2019\/10\/PO-Skills-Week-2019_vaakakuva-1024x825.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2063\" width=\"744\" height=\"599\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>The main purpose of the Best Competence network project is to develop the skills of teachers and guidance personnel in the changing teaching and learning environment. The network project consists of ten Vocational Schools and all five Schools of Professional Teacher Education in Finland.
