F\u00f6r studerande \u00e4r det inte alltid klart, om arbetsplatsens representant \u00e4r arbetsplatshandledare eller f\u00f6rman, vem som handleder hen och av vem kan hen fr\u00e5ga om r\u00e5d.<\/p>\n<p>I samband med presentationen \u00e4r det bra att repetera parternas roller och ansvar i handledningen.<\/p>\n<p>Arbetsplatshandledaren planerar, handleder, ger respons samt eventuellt bed\u00f6mer studerandes kunnande p\u00e5 arbetsplatsen. Arbetsplatshandledaren lyckas med detta n\u00e4r hen \u00e4r sakkunnig inom den egna branschen, k\u00e4nner till studerandes m\u00e5l f\u00f6r kunnandet och examen\/examensdelar som avl\u00e4ggs och f\u00e5r en introduktion till sina uppgifter av l\u00e4raren. Det \u00e4r ocks\u00e5 viktigt att arbetsplatshandledaren \u00e4r motiverad f\u00f6r sina uppgifter.<\/p>\n<p>L\u00e4raren ansvarar f\u00f6r studerandes utbildning p\u00e5 arbetsplatsen som helhet. L\u00e4raren ansvarar f\u00f6r att arbetsplatshandledaren introduceras och handledningen av studerande inf\u00f6r perioden samt bed\u00f6mningen av kunnandet vid yrkesprov. Till l\u00e4rarens uppgifter h\u00f6r ocks\u00e5 kontakten till arbetsplatshandledaren och studerande under perioden.<\/p>\n<p>Av studerande f\u00f6ruts\u00e4tts ansvar f\u00f6r sina egna studier och l\u00e4randet ocks\u00e5 under perioden av utbildning p\u00e5 arbetsplats. Studerande har r\u00e4tt att f\u00e5 handledning och undervisning under den tid som utbildning p\u00e5 arbetsplats p\u00e5g\u00e5r.
