Everything is new for me. It was quiet day I have nothing much to do so I just stand and watching around. The manager will show me around but she might forgot it . In the hotel no one have explained to me that how the hotel work or where do I find me work schedule. When there is nothing much to do so time goes very slowly and I got bored little. The hotel is for 16 years up so there isn´t any child and is very quiet place. Do know that Scandinavians people are quiet and they are not noisy. Spanish people talk so low but that doesn´t meant they are fighting. One of my co-worker is Finnish and she can speak four langues like Spanish, English,Finnish and Swedish. If there customer from Sweden they always want to talk to her because is maybe easier to them to ask question in Swedish.

In one week I learn a lot of things there, example how to do payment, check-in/out and knowing Palma. I will learn many new things in every day and every week.

Feelings…

My feelings after the first day was good but empty because I didn´t have much to do. Because is Monday there are no check-in or check-out. I like my co-workers, they are very friendly, always happy and helpful if I need help. The first week is the hardest one.

#Quel tal?

I have been here about two weeks now.

First week, I arrived here 11/5 11 Am and my feelings are very lost and tired. And my phone battery is low too, so exhausted to fine the apartment and in the Palma there are a lot of people that are moving in every way that you look. I looked like tourist that is very confusion about the direction. Lol. I finally found the apartment and I met Cati the teacher from Erasmus calvia. She is very nice and explaining me everything I need to know and she told me that if I need anything or help I can always call her. The apartment is nice I like it, one bedroom, toilet, kitchen and living room is in the common. I live behind Plaza Espanya its not far from the center. The first week is the hardest because you need to got to get used to places and new people, new culture… EVERYTHING IS NEW!

My training period will start 13/5. So I have two days to settle up. In the first two days I went to Mercadoda the supermarket, beach and walking around and get knowing places.
