Koko viikko ty\u00f6salissa touhuamista, kivaa!<\/p>\n<p>Maanantaina ja tiistaina meid\u00e4n ryhm\u00e4 teki banaanikakkuja ja suklaaleivoksia. Vaikka marsipaanilla kuorruttaminen ja leivosten dippaaminen suklaassa sek\u00e4 spritsaaminen v\u00e4h\u00e4n j\u00e4nnitti, suuremmilta kommelluksilta v\u00e4ltyttiin ja lopputulos onnistunut.<\/p>\n<p>Keskiviikko oli karkkip\u00e4iv\u00e4. Ai ett\u00e4 mit\u00e4 herkkuja ty\u00f6salissa valmistuikin. Meid\u00e4n ryhm\u00e4 teki suklaakonvehteja mangoganachet\u00e4ytteell\u00e4 ja mansikkamarmeladeja. Suklaan temperoinnissa sai olla todella tarkka, l\u00e4mp\u00f6mittarit olikin ahkerassa k\u00e4yt\u00f6ss\u00e4. Marmeladin valmistuksessa my\u00f6s ainesosien tarkat m\u00e4\u00e4r\u00e4t sek\u00e4 oikeat l\u00e4mp\u00f6tilat olivat avaimet onnistuneeseen lopputulokseen. karkkeja olisi ollut kiva tehd\u00e4 useampanakin p\u00e4iv\u00e4n\u00e4, kokeilla eri makuja ja tyylej\u00e4.<\/p>\n<p>Torstai ja perjantai oli erityisruokavalioiden vuoro. Saimme yksin tai pareittain valmistaa erilaisia suolaisia ja makeita erityisruokavalio leivonnaisia. Mielenkiintoista oli tutustua gluteenittomien, maidottomien ja kananmunattomien tuotteiden leivontaan. Torstaina meill\u00e4 Jaanan kanssa valmistui gluteenittomat mokkapalat ja yrtti-juustos\u00e4mpyl\u00e4t. T\u00e4n\u00e4\u00e4n teimme gluteenitonta pinaatti-fetapiirakkaa sek\u00e4 daim-brownien.<\/p>\n<p>Viikko oli hyvin antoisa, mielenkiintoinen ja mukava.
