Aamuher\u00e4tyksetk\u00e4\u00e4n eiv\u00e4t en\u00e4\u00e4 tuntuneet niin pahoilta kuin ensimm\u00e4isell\u00e4 viikollani. Vuorokausirytmini on k\u00e4\u00e4nnetty nyt siis kertaheitolla yl\u00f6salaisin, kun aiemmin t\u00f6ist\u00e4 saatoin p\u00e4\u00e4st\u00e4 siihen aikaan, kuin nyt sinne menen (klo 3.30). N\u00e4m\u00e4 pari viikkoa harjoittelussa ovat menneet todella nopeasti, ja uutta on opittu rymin\u00e4ll\u00e4, toisella viikolla alkoivat rutiinit ja tavat ja ty\u00f6t jo tulla tutummiksi, vaikka joka p\u00e4iv\u00e4 uuttakin oppii. Herkkumestarit valmistaa paaaaljon paaaljon tuotteita, joten kaikkia en ole viel\u00e4 edes kerennyt tekem\u00e4\u00e4n. T\u00e4n\u00e4\u00e4nkin p\u00e4\u00e4sin ensimm\u00e4ist\u00e4(!) kertaa tekem\u00e4\u00e4n n\u00e4ytt\u00f6\u00f6ni valittua leip\u00e4\u00e4, Mysliherkkua, jossa k\u00e4ytet\u00e4\u00e4n miljardia laitetta, kaikkien nimi\u00e4 en en\u00e4\u00e4 edes muista. Mit\u00e4s veikkaatte, meneek\u00f6 t\u00e4ll\u00e4 tiedolla koko n\u00e4ytt\u00f6 l\u00e4pi? \ud83d\ude00<\/p>\n<p>Ty\u00f6harjoitteluun meno minua suorastaan pelotti, mutta onneksi pelko osoittautui turhaksi. Ensimm\u00e4isen\u00e4 kun astuin leipomoon, minulle iskettiin pomadapussi k\u00e4t\u00f6seen ja p\u00e4\u00e4sin koristelemaan Runebergin torttuja itse omistajan ohjeistamana, vaikka pelk\u00e4sin ett\u00e4 olen pelkk\u00e4n\u00e4 juoksutytt\u00f6n\u00e4 seuraavat viikot, tiskaten astioita ja kahvia keitellen (ne muuten opin jo kun opiskelin tarjoilijaksi :D), tokihan niit\u00e4kin on joutunut tekem\u00e4\u00e4n sopivissa m\u00e4\u00e4rin. Ty\u00f6ntekij\u00e4t ovat ottaneet minut hyvin vastaan, jaksaneet auttaa ja neuvoa minua (my\u00f6s niiss\u00e4 idiooteissa kysymyksiss\u00e4) ja kertoneet vinkkej\u00e4 tekemiseen. Takaiskuiltakaan ei ole v\u00e4ltytty: ruisleip\u00e4, tuo murheenkryyni, jonka lopulta sel\u00e4tin! Viime hetkell\u00e4, seuraavat olisin jo varmasti raivop\u00e4iss\u00e4ni heitt\u00e4nyt pitkin seini\u00e4. Ja kenenk\u00e4\u00e4n on turha sanoa ett\u00e4 se on ihan samanlaista kuin muukin leip\u00e4, no ei todellakaan ole! :PPP<\/p>\n<p>Nyt p\u00e4\u00e4sen j\u00e4nnitt\u00e4m\u00e4\u00e4n siis jo n\u00e4ytt\u00f6j\u00e4, kun on alkuvaiheen j\u00e4nnitys sel\u00e4tetty.
