Tehtiin Ferin kanssa erilaisia kreemej\u00e4 mit\u00e4 sitten laitettiin useamman sentin kerros voitaikinan ja leivospohjan p\u00e4\u00e4lle. Kreemien pohja oli kaikissa pitk\u00e4lti samanlainen, vesi ja maitojauhe kuumennettiin. Toisessa astiassa sekoitettiin keltuaiset,\u00a0 vehn\u00e4jauho tai perunajauhoja ja suola ja vaniljasokeri kesken\u00e4\u00e4n. Valkuaiset ja sokeri vaahdotettiin. L\u00e4mmint\u00e4 maitoseosta kaadettiin v\u00e4h\u00e4n jauhoseokseen ja sekoitettiin. Loppu maito kiehautettiin ja lis\u00e4ttiin seokseen. Lopuksi t\u00e4h\u00e4n yhdistettiin valkuaisvaahto. Ja n\u00e4in oli kreemi valmis. Eritt\u00e4in hyv\u00e4 ja miedosti makea. Erilaisia kreemej\u00e4 saatiin sitten k\u00e4ytt\u00e4m\u00e4ll\u00e4 rommia, kookoshiutaleita ja ruskeaksi keitetty\u00e4 sokeria. Oli kyll\u00e4 hienoa seurata t\u00e4t\u00e4 mestaria ty\u00f6ss\u00e4\u00e4n ja vaikka sanaakaan emme ymm\u00e4rt\u00e4neet toistemme puheesta niin jopa paremmin ymm\u00e4rsin h\u00e4nt\u00e4 kuin v\u00e4h\u00e4n englantia puhuvia ty\u00f6tovereita. Elekielell\u00e4 p\u00e4rj\u00e4\u00e4 uskomattoman pitk\u00e4lle.
