Johon tuli tomusokeria,p\u00e4hkin\u00e4rouhetta ja vaniljasokeria, ne sekais keksen\u00e4\u00e4n sit pakaste kitsikoita 8kg,sokeria,hyydykejauhetta. Pohjana oli paistettu keksipohja. Keksipohjan p\u00e4\u00e4lle p\u00e4hkin\u00e4-sokeriseos joka taputeltiin paikoilleen. Siihen p\u00e4\u00e4lle \u00a0kirsikka-sokerimassa. T\u00e4\u00e4ll\u00e4 kirsikat sulatetaan kuumassa vedess\u00e4 kulhossa lavuaarissa. Kaadetaan ylimm\u00e4\u00e4r\u00e4nen vesi pois ja valmista.
