The VR4VET virtual environment will transport you to a shopping mall where you will access a variety of businesses (retail, consultancy, hairdressing and hospitality) to practice your customer care skills through different scenarios.

Along the scenarios, you will find some hints to guide you towards a great performance and a scoring system will let you know how good you are doing.

VR4VET also includes a multiplayer scenario where users from different physical locations can connect and interact freely or following teacher´s instructions.
